Rebecca S. Busch, founder of Medical Business Associates, Inc., is a problem solver. She has made a career of taking complex healthcare financial problems and finding simple, implementable solutions. Rebecca’s problem solving abilities have enabled her to find money on the table, reduce costs, decrease risk, identify and mitigate healthcare fraud schemes, operational breakdowns, and medical and financial errors.
Rebecca is also an accomplished author and educator. With over 200 publications and presentations, Rebecca has presented to universities, large corporations, government entities, associations, financial institutions, and small businesses. Her passion - to create educated, conscientious healthcare consumers - is reflected in her works, including her latest book Personal Healthcare Portfolio - a survival guide to the complex healthcare market.

Mary T. Glynn, RN, CPC - Chief Operating Officer
Mary T. Glynn is the Chief Operating Office of Medical Business Associates, Inc. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) and
a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Mary has over twenty years of progressive experience as an acute care
MICU/CCU nurse and as a medical auditor within the healthcare industry with duties ranging from patient coordinator
to lead auditor and investigator. Her experience in conducting audits and ability to quickly identify anomalies
from vast amounts of data has distinguished her as a top auditor in her field.
In her role as COO, Mary has developed, implemented, and managed proprietary charge capture programs, employer
benefit plan programs, and general revenue cycle audit programs. Mary has served as a patient advocate working
with individuals who have encounter road blocks in healthcare. She has been instrumental in managing and mentoring
a team of medical auditors.
Mary is also a 2010 recipient of the Influential Women in Business Award by the Business Ledger in partnership
with the National Association of Woman Business Owners.
Donna Graham, RN, CPC - Director of Audit and Cost Containment Services
Donna Graham is the Director of Audit and Cost Containment Services at Medical Business Associates, Inc. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Donna began her career as a pediatric nurse, honing her skills in patient care. She then developed her audit and analytic skills through cost containment and reimbursement audits. During her tenure, Donna has been the lead medical auditor on hundreds of complex reimbursement issues. She is also experienced in auditing for fraud, waste, and abuse in the “procure to pay process” and other legal disputes.
